nsfw.fun sells digital subscriptions and credits (“keys”) that unlock AI-generated content and features. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, the following terms apply.
Payments are processed by our payment processor, CCBill. Charges appear on your statement under CCBill’s billing descriptor. You can review or manage any charge through CCBill’s consumer support portal at support.ccbill.com.
You can cancel anytime through CCBill’s billing portal or by emailing support@nsfw.fun. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period is non-refundable and your access continues until it ends.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. This includes subscription fees, partial billing periods, and keys, whether spent or unspent.
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, contact us immediately at billing@nsfw.fun or through CCBill’s support portal and we will investigate with CCBill.
No refund is owed if your account is closed, including for violating our Terms or our prohibited-content rules.
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may provide CCBill and the card networks with records of your account and usage to validate the transaction. Filing a chargeback may result in immediate account termination.
