nsfw.fun sells digital subscriptions and credits (“keys”) that unlock AI-generated content and features. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, the following terms apply.
Payments are processed by our payment processor, CCBill. Charges appear on your statement under CCBill’s billing descriptor. You can review or manage any charge through CCBill’s consumer support portal at support.ccbill.com.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or through CCBill’s billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period is non-refundable and your access continues until it ends.
Digital credits and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once delivered. As a courtesy, we may issue a refund within 14 days of purchase where keys remain unspent. Partially used purchases may receive a pro-rated refund at our discretion. A refund will never exceed the amount actually paid.
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, contact us immediately at billing@nsfw.fun or through CCBill’s support portal. Verified unauthorized charges will be refunded.
If we close your account for reasons other than a violation of our Terms, we will refund unused prepaid amounts on a pro-rata basis. No refund is owed where the account was terminated for violating our Terms, including our prohibited-content rules.
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may provide CCBill and the card networks with records of your account and usage to validate the transaction. Filing a chargeback may result in immediate account termination.
