nsfw.fun is an AI-generated content platform. No real individuals are portrayed in, or participate in the creation of, any content on the Service. All content available on nsfw.fun and any affiliated websites, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”) is created entirely through artificial intelligence.
Any visual depictions, including those that may be sexual in nature, are not performed by real human beings and are wholly a product of AI technology. Users cannot upload their own images; every reference image used in generation is itself AI-generated and controlled by the platform. This method eliminates the participation of any real human being in the creation of images, videos, or any other material available on the Services.
Because no real human beings are depicted in, or involved in producing, any content, the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A do not apply to the Services.
